This module offers an exciting fusion of a variety of activities to help students attain a comprehensive change in their lives. This will be done through fun filled activities which provide important life skills learning opportunity. It will include arts, movies, role play, excursions, dance, psychological techniques and mindfulness.
This is going to enable the participants to improve their level of Emotional Intelligence(EQ), reduce their anxiety, improve their interaction and relationships at personal, social, academic and professional levels. Ultimately, it will make the participants more confident and happier individuals.
